Angelo de Alban: Nuisance or Renaissance?



“Reality is a bitter pill that the respondent has to swallow,” said the Comelec regarding the petition filed against Angelo de Alban by the poll body’s law department, citing him as a possible nuisance candidate and questioning his financial capability to launch a campaign. Ironically, Angelo is a lawyer and a teacher by profession but clearly this didn’t stop the law department chief Maria Norina Tangaro Casingal from signing the petition.
